We are heading to Topsham brewery in Exeter to bring a Latin American fire feast!

Mexican style pickled vegetables

Pumpkin seed + red pepper mole, roasted garlic+ guajillo oil + crispy tostadas

Skirt steak skewers, charred tomato salsa, whipped yoghurt + pickled red onions

Slow smoked Somerset pork belly, jalapeno, avocado + tomatillo salsa

Ember baked potatoes with guajillo oil

Chorizo braised beans

Little gem + jalapeno honey

Tres leche cake + forced rhubarb compote
